How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add the toys you like to your cart, and check out. You’ll receive an order confirmation, and we’ll start preparing your toys right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. We’ll share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide — to every city and town in Pakistan, from Karachi to Khyber.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery fee of Rs 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy replacement for damaged or wrong items. If your toy arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.
How do I request a replacement?
Email us at tarbiyahtoyspk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm your replacement request within 24 hours.

Yes. Every toy is quality-checked for safety before dispatch. We only stock educational toys made from child-safe materials, suitable for the ages stated on each product.
