Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include all applicable charges except the flat Rs 200 delivery fee.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan within 3–5 working days. A flat delivery fee of Rs 200 applies to all orders. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a working phone number so our courier can reach you.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7-day easy replacement for damaged or wrong items. If your toy arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at tarbiyahtoyspk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a replacement to be issued.

We make every effort to display our toys as accurately as possible, including colours and details. Every toy is quality-checked for safety before dispatch. Recommended ages are stated on each product — please choose toys appropriate for your child’s age.
